Cozy apartment on a quiet south-facing slope in close proximity to nature

Our house is located in a quiet, south-facing spot on the outskirts of Neuschönau. The natural swimming lake is just a few minutes’ walk away. Hiking trails lead directly from the house to the national park and the national park centre. The town centre is within walking distance. The town has restaurants, a bank, a doctor’s office, a bakery with a supermarket, a local butcher shop, and a hair salon. Our cosy apartment is 45 square metres in size and is located on the ground floor. It features a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, sofa, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchenette includes a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as all necessary cookware and tableware. The dining table comfortably seats 3 people. The bedroom can be separated by a sliding door and features a double box-spring bed. A walk-in closet is located in the living area. The newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. From the living area, you can access the wide south/west-facing balcony. A free parking space is available in front of the building.
