Die Wohnung ist gut und modern eingerichtet und exakt ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Eine kleine Sonnenterasse mit Strandkorb lädt zum verweilen ein. Prima ist auch die zentrale Lage in der Nordhelmsiedlung. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man am Nordstrand.
