Gemütliches Ferienhaus bei Celle/lüneburger Südheide, am Jakobsweg Gelegen

Welcome to Lachendorf in the Lüneburg South Heath!

My non-smoking guesthouse is located in the historic centre of Lachendorf, nestled among the half-timbered farmhouses (most of which are no longer used for farming).
It’s situated right on the Way of St. James and can accommodate two people (plus a child if you bring a travel cot).
The small Lachte River flows right nearby, and canoe tours are available.
Many hiking and biking trails starting from here invite you to explore and enjoy nature.
The house features an open-concept living area that extends from the entryway through the living-dining area to the kitchen. Doors lead to the bedroom, the bathroom with a shower, and the utility room (with a washing machine). TV and Wi-Fi are available.

In front of the small covered terrace, which faces south, is the garden belonging to the house. Garden loungers can be provided upon request.
There is a small front yard in the entrance area and a private parking space facing the street. There is a lockable garden shed for any bicycles you bring with you.

Lachendorf is located in the Lüneburg South Heath region; you can find out about the many attractions of this area online.
The town offers a wide range of shopping options, pharmacies, various doctors’ offices, restaurants, etc.
Public bus routes run hourly from here to the ducal city of Celle.
So even if you’re travelling without a car, you’ll still be able to get around.

You’ll be self-catering during your stay.
In addition to dishes and silverware, the kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, coffee maker, and microwave.


Towels and bed linens can be provided (one-time fee of 15.00 euros)
Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
