The approximately 62 m², modern furnished apartment for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house and consists of a bright living/dining area with open kitchen, a bedroom with four-poster bed and a modern bathroom with shower. The large west-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the view of the mountains from morning to night.
Parking spaces are available directly at the house, and bicycles and skis can be stored in a storage room.
The location in the Obergrainau district offers perfect opportunities for a variety of activities at any time of the year: long walks and hikes at the bottom of the Zugspitze, mountainbike tours past crystal-clear lakes and blooming mountain meadows, as well as unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. A cross-country ski trail is located in the immediate vicinity and the ski areas "Zugspitze" and "Garmisch Classic" entice with varied slopes and unique impressions.
Just a few minutes' walk away in the center of Grainau you will find various shopping facilities, the Zugspitze train station, the swimming and outdoor pool, the Kurhaus, a minigolf course and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment, one of which is located directly on the groundfloor of the apartment house.

Hell, geräumig, modern und sauber. Mit einer Ausstattung die für uns beiden kein Wünsche offen lies. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr definitiv wieder. Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen welche in 4 Tagen nicht zu bewältigen waren.

Super modern mit schöner Aussicht

Wir haben mit unserem 4 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war die schönste Ferienwohnung, in der wir bis jetzt waren! Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und war super sauber. Das Bett war bequem und vor allem die Aussicht vom Balkon war unglaublich. Man hätte direkt die Zugspitze vor sich! Der Eibsee liegt mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt, aber auch zu Fuss war der See in nur einer Stunde zu erreichen. In näherer Umgebung hätte man alles was man braucht. Wir würden in der Wohnung sofort wieder Urlaub machen. Am Anreisetag lagen gür unseren Hund zwei Leckerlis auf dem Küchentresen, was wirklich eine schöne Überraschung war..das sind die Kleinigkeiten, die es ausmacht! Meine Schwester und ich bedanken uns, für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Grainau mit Stil

Wir haben zwei Nächte als Paar mit unserer Labrador-Hündin im Apartment Zugspitze sehr genossen. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem erst renoviert und bietet viel Platz. Das (Himmel-) Bett ist riesig und die Ausstattung war für uns perfekt. Als das Heizungsthermostat im Wohnzimmer am Wochenende ausfiel, kümmerte sich sehr schnell das Hausmeisterteam darum. Super Service! Also wir drei fühlten uns wirklich wohl.

Toller Urlaub in schöner Wohnung

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Super Service, hat alles problemlos funktioniert, Vom Check In bis zur Kühlschrankfüllung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Erholung pur

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, ist hell und geräumig. Der Hund hat sich auch wohl gefühlt. Der BAlkon mit seitlichem Blick auf die Berge hat mir auch gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt auch zentral zum Bahnhof so das man nicht unbedingt mit dem Auto fahren muss.

Die Wohnung ist modern und gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter freundlich und für alle Fragen eine Antwort. Der einzige Wermutstropfen wir mussten 230 € Makler / Vermittlungsprovision Gebühren mehr zahlen als die Wohnung gekostet hat das war für uns weder ersichtlich noch wurden wir drüber Informiert. 230,00 für 7 Tage sehr viel Geld. Ein Tipp an den Eigentümer. Verpflichten Sie Drittanbieter das man die Mehrkosten Vermittlungsprovision die der gast zahlen soll zum Tatsächlichen Preis gesagt bekommt.
