This apartment offers a fantastic view of Lake Chiemsee from the balcony and is located on the ground floor of the Chiemseestrand holiday complex. It features a living area with a dining area and an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a children’s room with a bunk bed. Enjoy wonderful moments on the southwest-facing balcony, which is accessible from the living area. The bathroom rounds out the apartment. An easy-to-maintain wood-look floor gives the apartment a cosy, comfortable feel. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.


For stays of 4 nights or more, a complimentary linen package is included, which consists of bed linens, towels (1 regular towel and 2 shower towels per person), a bath mat, and tea towels. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the building’s basement. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The visitor’s tax is already included in the rental price.
The parking space is located directly in front of the house. Electric cars are also accommodated: The on-site wallbox can be used for a fee. Bicycles can be stored in the bike garage. There’s even room for a few SUP boards in specially installed racks.
