Apartment 52 m² on garden level facing the southwest. The apartment has a living/dining room with kitchen and a separate bedroom, a master`s bedroom and a bathroom. There are a total of 4 places to sleep according to Central European standards. The covered terrace measures 14 m² and from where you will have a gorgeous view of the bay of Porto Vecchio, the old town and the mountains behind it. The apartment is at a dead end. It is a completely quiet area, even during the peak season. The city is 5 km away in one direction as well as Palombaggia in the opposite direction, which is one of the most beautiful beaches of Southern Corsica. There is a small beach down at the waterfront, within 5 minutes walking distance. The house has a landscaped Mediterranean garden with a community pool.
