Just 350 metres from the beautiful Rhododendron Park and about 600 metres from the fine-sand beach, this cosy and modernly furnished 3-room apartment on the mezzanine level awaits you. With approximately 70 m² of living space and a sunny south-facing terrace (approx. 13 m²), it offers the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. The bright and family-friendly apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms ensure plenty of space and privacy. The building features a shared bicycle storage room and free underground parking space No. 38. Of course, you can also use Wi-Fi and a washing machine free of charge during your stay.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens are 20.00 per person, towels are 10.00 per person, or you can opt for a linen package for 25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter kit* and utilities.
*Starter kit: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit, if applicable), 1 trash bag, tea towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own supplies during your stay.
