And a 3rd bedroom, en-suite bath, with a fun bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. A cool living room with a sofa bed offers extra space to relax or unwind after a day of adventure. The large deck off the kitchen and family room out back extends the width of the house onto the sand. This bayfront beauty is perfect for family time together or a longer stay to enjoy the Long Beach peninsula. The host ensured we had all we needed, checked in on how the stay was going, and was flexible and responsive. The home is both beachy comfortable and elegant. The kitchen has new high-end appliances. The deck is a dream with plentiful comfortable outdoor seating and a beautiful firepit. Owner provided beach towels and chairs as well. As with most beach front homes there are lots of folks enjoying the beach and water. Many will park beside the house to unload but move their cars to permanent parking after loading/unloading. Everyone we encountered -from permanent neighbors or those visiting the beach were friendly and respectful of our space. Whether you want an easy access spot for launching to paddleboard, kayak, swim, sun, or to sit on the deck and enjoy the view - this is a great house to do so.
