Lovely Home on Ocean in Long Beach CA

Beautiful home on the peninsula with great ocean views and only a short walk away from the heart of LB. A quiet retreat for those of us who live busy hectic lives.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The property was falsely advertised with air-conditioning. When confronted with the fact that there was no air-conditioning we were told just to open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze. The house was in the mid to high 80s the entire time we were there. We only wound up staying one night and then canceled the rest of the reservation. To compound this miserable experience, we also have bedbug bites.all over bodies from this property. We have documentation and pictures. Needless to say, we would strongly recommend against staying at this property.

We immediately apologized for the typo on the listing and gave you a 100% refund. We even gave you a free night to make arrangements elsewhere, but you still decided to write a slanderous review. Plus the temperature the night you stayed free of charge was 68 degrees (we have documentation too). Incredibly poor guest.
