Please note: no lift. Additional accommodations can be booked.
3-room terraced house 40 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Terrace 9 m2, south facing position, garden 150 m2, south facing position. Facilities: washing machine, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 402. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
