Spacious 4-room duplex holiday apartment for up to 6 people. on the 1st floor

- in a quiet location near the beach (approx. 100 m to the beach or the pier)

- Approx. 109 m² holiday apartment in a Scandinavian-style apartment building

- An outdoor staircase in the entryway leads to the spacious apartment

- Living area, accessible via the stairs, with a wood-burning stove, heated floors, sitting and dining areas, TV, radio, and CD player

- In a separate corner of the living room is a built-in kitchen including a dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and electric kettle

- There is an ample supply of cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans

- 3 separate bedrooms (on the 1st floor)
-> one bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm, split mattress)
-> another bedroom with two single beds (each 80 cm x 200 cm)
-> a third bedroom with two single beds (each 80 cm x 200 cm)

- a bathroom with natural light on the ground floor featuring a shower and a whirlpool tub
- an additional bathroom with natural light, in the attic, with a shower

- a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are provided

- a washing machine is available for your use

- the apartment features a sauna for 6 people

- 2 furnished balconies (1 facing southeast, 1 facing west) with a parasol invite you to relax

- Privacy is ensured by pleated blinds in the bathrooms and bedrooms

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Graal-Müritz.Unsere Wohnung komfortabel, sehr schön mobiliert und in bester Lage nur ca 200 Meter zur Seebrücke und der Ostsee
