Located right next to Lake Krimnick, through which the Dahme River flows on its way to Berlin, you’ll find our single-family home—generously designed and built in 2014—with 140 square meters of living space in an accessible bungalow style.<br><br>The house was recently renovated in early 2023, and we are now making it available to our guests.<br><br>The house is located in Zernsdorf, where you can enjoy the best of both worlds:<br><br>1.) Forests and Water<br>You’re in the Dahme-Seenland Nature Reserve, with several lakes within a few kilometers that invite you to swim and relax. In addition, there are many forests where you can enjoy long, relaxing walks. Even on hot days, these forests offer a pleasant climate that invites you to linger...<br><br>2.) Shopping and City Life<br>Everything you need for daily life (ALDI, Netto, a pharmacy, and KIK) is right nearby, just 200 meters from the house. By car, you can reach Brandenburg’s largest shopping center—with approximately 120 stores and free on-site parking—in just 10 minutes. Potsdamer Platz in the center of Berlin can be reached by car in about 35 minutes. By public transportation, you can reach central Berlin in about 60 minutes—a place that’s perfect for going out, sightseeing, shopping, or partying the night away...
