The impressive primary suite features soaring 14-foot ceilings, recessed lighting, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a California king bed. The adjoining primary bathroom offers a true spa-like experience with dual vanities, an oversized multi-head shower, and a separate soaking tub.

For guests working remotely, the dedicated office includes three workstations, making it easy to stay productive without sacrificing vacation time.

Step outside and enjoy your own private retreat. The 40' x 16' swimming pool features a bathing deck and waterfalls, surrounded by ample space for sunbathing, swimming, relaxing, or enjoying an outdoor meal with family and friends. An upper-level balcony provides a peaceful spot to enjoy the sunrise, morning coffee, or simply take in the surrounding rural charm of Alva.

With two main bathrooms offering showers, including one with a bathtub, plus heating and air conditioning throughout, the home is designed for comfort in every season.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines

Welcome! We want you and your family to have a relaxing and memorable stay. We provide many amenities for your enjoyment and simply ask that you respect our home, our belongings, and our neighbors.

Quiet Hours & NO PARTIES

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME.

Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, and additional visitors are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

If a party or unauthorized gathering occurs, guests may be required to vacate the property immediately, subject to the booking platform's policies.

Cleanliness & Care of the Home

Please wash dishes after use, using the dishwasher as needed, and return clean items to where you found them.

Please leave the home in reasonably clean condition. Excessive stains, damage, or cleaning involving furniture, rugs, bedding, drapes, décor, appliances, BBQ, driveway, or other areas may result in additional charges.

All trash must be placed in the outside trash cans before departure.

Please take care of our linens and towels. Missing, stained, or damaged items may be charged at replacement cost.

Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover may result in an additional cleaning fee of $100–$300.

PLEASE DO NOT REARRANGE THE FURNITURE.

BBQ Grill

The outdoor BBQ is provided for the enjoyment of registered overnight guests only. Using the BBQ does not permit additional visitors or gatherings.

Please clean the grill after use and replace the cover once it has completely cooled.

Two propane bottles are normally available on the property, although propane is not guaranteed. If needed, bottles can be refilled locally. We simply ask guests to replace propane used when reasonable.

Pool & Dock Safety

POOL AREA CLOSES AT 10:00 PM.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY — SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

No diving, bombing/jumping, or running around the pool.
Children are never permitted in the gated pool or dock area without active adult supervision.
A responsible adult must remain present and attentive whenever children are in these areas.
NO GLASS in the pool area. Please use plastic or pool-safe drinkware only.

These rules are for everyone's safety and must be followed at all times.

Fire Pit

The fire pit behind the home may be enjoyed with responsible adult supervision at all times.

Firewood is available from local stores. Never leave a fire unattended, and please make certain it is completely extinguished before leaving the area.

Guests use the fire pit at their own risk.
