Hallöchen, die Heizung im SChlafzimmer ist eine Infrarotheizung der neustten Generation und lässt sich auf die Wunschtemperatur einstellen. Bei Ihrer Ankunft habe ich gefragt ob ich die Heizung einstellen soll, sie sagten mir das Sie in einem Altbau in Hamburg leben und es ohnehin nicht so warm brauchen weil Sie viel weg seien und es im Schlafzimmer auch nicht warm sein muss. Ich verstehe nicht ganz warum Sie nicht Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen haben, dann hätte man das Problem in 10 Minuten lösen können. Wirklich traurig.
