Escape to the peaceful mountain surroundings of Mavrovo in this private two-bedroom villa, ideal for families and groups of up to six guests. With a spacious garden, seasonal swimming pool, indoor fireplace, BBQ and fire-pit area, the house offers a comfortable retreat in every season.
The villa includes one bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with three single beds and a sofa bed. There is one bathroom, a welcoming living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare meals throughout their stay.

During the warmer months, guests can relax beside the private outdoor pool, enjoy meals in the garden or spend the evening around the fire pit. The outdoor space is large enough for children to play and also provides a peaceful setting for yoga, stretching and quiet morning practice.

In autumn and winter, the indoor fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere after a day spent exploring the mountain, lake or surrounding countryside.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, garden, pool and outdoor areas during their reservation. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, free private parking, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, BBQ facilities, children’s play equipment and yoga mats.

The property is located in a quiet mountain village within the Mavrovo area, providing privacy while remaining a convenient base for exploring Mavrovo National Park, the lake, hiking routes, local restaurants and seasonal mountain activities.

A car is recommended because of the rural mountain location. The property does not have a conventional numbered street address, so guests receive the exact map location and clear arrival instructions before check-in.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is seasonal and weather-dependent. It is not heated. Mountain weather can change quickly, particularly outside the summer season.
