Single-family house, built in 1967. 30 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 25'000 m2. Terrace (110 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km. Golf course 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
