Designed for gathering, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with four beautifully appointed bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and breathtaking harbor views that greet you each morning. Two additional queen bedrooms and a charming twin room provide luxurious accommodations for family and friends, each thoughtfully designed with premium bedding, rich textures, and timeless coastal style.

The heart of the home is a stunning designer kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, elegant brass accents, and generous space for preparing memorable meals. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbors and community, please observe the following guidelines:

Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight at the property. Additional overnight guests require prior approval from the host.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels and respect the surrounding neighborhood.

No Unauthorized Events: Parties, events, weddings, receptions, and large gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval from the host.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the home.
Waterfront Safety: Use of all waterfront amenities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times when near the water.

Pet Policy: This is a pet-free home. Please do not bring pets onto the property.

Care of the Home: Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care. Do not rearrange furniture or alter the setup of the home without prior permission.

Food & Beverages: To help protect the furnishings and maintain the quality of the home, please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Report Concerns Promptly: Please notify the host immediately of any damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues so we can address them as quickly as possible.
