Villa Raviola was built in 2021, has 227 m2 of living space, while the plot area is 2000 m2. The maximum number of guests is ten, while eight is the optimal number. On the first floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is also a spacious living room with a sofa, two seats, two armchairs, two stools, two chests of drawers, a coffee table, a TV, a music system and an acoustic guitar that will delight guests enjoying the melodies of their favorite songs. If you need an extra bed, you can use a sofa, which is ideal for two people. The modernly furnished and fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place to prepare your favorite dishes that you will love to cook for your whole family or a group of your dearest friends. Near the kitchen there is a dining room with a dining table for eight to ten people. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, two closets and a balcony with a sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 35 m2, 1.5 m deep and with automation to maintain the water quality. Next to it there are eight sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, outdoor corner sofas and a charcoal or wood grill. The villa is completely fenced, surrounded by a newly renovated garden ? an olive grove with Mediterranean plants (olives, cypresses, lavender, rosemary, immortelle), a rose garden where children can play and have fun without worries. Facilities offered include 5 high-quality mountain bikes in 3 different sizes, goals and a ball for indoor soccer, a basketball court and a ball for basketball, and an outdoor table and rackets for playing table tennis. Extras include a washer, dryer and iron, as well as a food dispenser and baby crib. There are up to ten private parking spaces in the yard. What will especially please guests with pets is that Villa Raviola allows a pet that can have fun running and playing with the youngest ones. Attractions and local activities at your disposal are rafting, fishing, cycling, horseback riding, paintball and paragliding. Also try out skydiving, canoe safari on the river Cetina, tennis or quad rides! The most important year in the history of Sinj was 1715, when it was the biggest battle in which 700 Sinj defenders stopped more than 10,000 Turks. Another interesting thing about this town is that in honor of Our Lady of Sinj, who according to legend drove out the Ottomans, the knight game Alka was founded, which is played every year on the first Sunday in August. Alka has been played for over 300 years and is on the UNESCO Intangible World Heritage List. It is a symbol of peace, freedom, faith and hope.
