Holiday Apartment with Terrace & Garden View – Just 400 m from the Beach

Welcome to Kaiserbad Heringsdorf! This lovingly furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) with underfloor heating is located on the ground floor of a stylishly renovated Art Nouveau villa—in a quiet location yet just a few minutes from the beach and the boardwalk. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and enough space for a cot. The cosy living room includes a sleeper sofa and a convertible armchair—ideal for up to 4 people. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all essential kitchen utensils are provided.

From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the large garden with fruit trees, which you are also welcome to use. The separate entrance leads directly into the apartment.

For small children, a high chair and travel cot can be requested through the property management service (please request in advance; bring your own bedding and mattress). The initial supply of bed linens and towels for adults is included in the price—your beds will be made upon arrival. For longer stays, we’ll be happy to provide you with additional linens.

A parking space is available in the immediate vicinity. You can store bicycles securely in the shed or rent them in town—perfect for exploring the island between Peenemünde and Swinemünde.

And if the weather isn’t cooperating, a visit to the Ostseetherme with its sauna and pool area is well worth it—you’ll receive discounted admission with your spa pass.

Enjoy the peace and quiet and the view from the terrace onto the garden—which you’re welcome to use—featuring a large lawn and several fruit trees.

This 2-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) is located on the ground floor of an Art Nouveau villa in Kaiserbad Heringsdorf that was completely renovated in 2007. It can accommodate up to 5 people, plus one toddler if necessary. If you appreciate being just a short walk from the promenade and the Baltic Sea beach, then you’ve come to the right place!
