We couldn't have found a better place to stay in Calgary. The pictures on the website were spot on. It was like walking into a home away from home. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need or want and a pantry filled with all the basics. Bed was comfortable, plenty of closet space, great water pressure and all appliances worked perfectly. The unit was quiet, the building was conveniently located to 17th st with all the restaurants and it wasn't too far from any of the major highways. Communication with the host rep was just enough with all the key information for arrival to make it smooth. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great central location. However, several issues made the stay more stressful than expected. There was no soap or shampoo provided, the washing machine’s start button was broken, and laundry was left in the dryer.The biggest problem was Aisling Baile Property Management. All of the entry instructions—both for the building and the apartment—were incorrect. It took two hours of phone calls and texts to get accurate access information. At one point, we were told to pick up a key from a liquor store, but no specific location was provided, and the store ended up being a significant distance away.Once the management company finally contacted the owner, we were able to get inside. The owner was helpful, but the management company’s handling of the situation was extremely disappointing. If we hadn’t had friends or family in town—or if this had happened during winter—we could have been stranded outside.Aisling Baile Property Management should be embarrassed by how poorly this was managed.
