Welcome to our AVAHOME Apartments Kandel, located in the heart of one of the most beautiful towns in the Southern Palatinate. We offer you a modern, comfortably furnished apartment where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in a stylish half-timbered house with private parking. You’ll be right in the centre of Kandel, with the town centre and all major shops within walking distance. We’re located about 700 m from the train station.

The stylish half-timbered apartment, with its charming exposed beams and open natural stone wall in the living room and kitchen, offers high-quality amenities and space for 6 guests. To make you feel right at home, we’ve provided all the comforts you need.

Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee or a warm cup of tea.
The cosy corner bench with a pull-out table offers enough space for everyone to enjoy a hearty brunch, play a board game—you’ll find a selection in the apartment—or simply sit together and relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a grill, a NESPRESSO coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and everything you need to cook delicious meals. You’ll also find plenty of coffee capsules, various types of tea, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and sugar in the kitchen, of course.

To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the first bedroom features a large king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and the second bedroom has a cosy queen-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with hotel-quality bedding.
For the 5th and 6th guests, there is a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) with a luxury mattress topper in the separate living/bedroom.
The bedrooms are equipped with soundproof blackout curtains, ensuring that nothing disturbs your night’s sleep. You’ll find USB charging ports for your smartphone on the nightstands.

A wardrobe and a clothes rack with wooden hangers and multiple compartments are available for your clothes. If you’re on a business trip, the desk in the bedroom is perfect for working comfortably from the comfort of our apartment. And, of course, you can use our high-speed Wi-Fi free of charge.

In the spacious combined living room/bedroom with its rustic natural stone wall, you can make yourself comfortable on the large, cosy corner sleeper sofa and wind down the evening in front of the 55" Samsung HD TV with Netflix, Magenta TV, and RLT+.

In the newly renovated bathroom with natural light, you can enjoy an unforgettable shower experience with a rain shower.

Of course, we provide fresh towels and essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo and body wash, and a hair dryer.

If you have dirty laundry, you can wash and dry it in the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The necessary laundry detergent is available to you free of charge. You can also use the iron and ironing board to get your clothes wrinkle-free again.

If things get a little hectic in the morning, there’s another separate, naturally lit bathroom available.

In the courtyard, you can make yourself comfortable in the shared seating area and perhaps strike up a conversation with other guests or reflect on the day over a glass of Palatinate wine.
