Perfect for couples or small families, the apartment offers a retreat for relaxing days by the sea.

With one bedroom, a fully equipped open-concept living area, and a cosy dining area, you’ll enjoy a comfortable atmosphere here. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 35- to 44-inch TV, ideal for a cosy evening after an eventful day at the beach. The well-designed kitchen, which opens onto the living area, has everything you could ask for: you’ll find a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Enjoy cooking with fresh ingredients and preparing delicious meals that you can serve at the dining table.

High chairs and a cot are available for our younger guests, ensuring a pleasant stay for the whole family.

The apartment’s location is also excellent: the fine-sand beach is just 250 metres away, perfect for walks, sunbathing, and water sports. Numerous recreational activities, such as beach volleyball and cycling, as well as trendy restaurants, are also nearby. The nearest supermarket is just 400 metres away, making it easy to stock up on groceries.

In addition, Norderney is known for its cultural offerings. Museums, theatres, and a cinema are located in the area, while you also have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings on walks, hikes, or Nordic walking excursions. Active guests will appreciate the numerous sports options, such as tennis, golf, and water sports.

To ensure a pleasant stay, Wi-Fi is available so you can always stay in touch with friends and family. Pets are also welcome in our home if you’d like to bring your faithful companion along. Please note, however, that only one pet is allowed per stay. Additionally, our property is a smoke-free zone to ensure a pleasant living environment for all guests. There are 4 parking spaces for the 6 holiday apartments in the building, but these cannot be reserved.
