Grimaud 149 - Kustpark Village Scaldia - Semi-detached holiday home with sea view

Stairs on the outside of the house lead to the roof terrace and the front door. Upstairs are the cosy living room open kitchen and you will find the second toilet in the hall. Stairs lead down to the ground floor where you will find the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.  From the master bedroom, patio doors open onto the sheltered garden where you can enjoy the sun and sea air in privacy. This bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV. From the kitchen, double doors open onto the roof terrace overlooking the dike and the Westerschelde estuary. Enjoy your breakfast on the roof terrace after which you can take a nice walk along the same Westerschelde you admired during breakfast. If you prefer to discover the region by bike, you can of course do so as well; in the storage room of this house there are a ladies' and gents' bike waiting for you.

Grimaud 149 is situated on Kustpark Village Scaldia, a spacious holiday park on the coast of Zeeland. Within walking distance of the park, you will find a small beach. Ideal to relax or to play in the sand with the (grand)children. Or go out by bike, along deserted polder roads or along the Westerschelde. Via Breskens along kilometres of beach to the nature reserve Het Zwin, situated on the border between Belgium and the Netherlands.
