Perfekt für 12 Personen oder 2 Familien. Wer mit drei Familien reist, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es nur 2 vollwertige Bäder gibt mit ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt. Das dritte Bad grenzt an Schwimmbad und Sauna an. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man von zu Hause kennt, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, ausreichend Töpfe und Pfannen, Schüsseln und Geschirr und Besteck. Die Lage ist perfekt für lange Strandspaziergänge oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ich würde die Lage als ruhig bezeichnen. Ein Spielplatz bietet viel Raum für Bewegung.

Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand, liebevoll Eingerichtet mit detaillierter Dekoration. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann waren einige Steckdosen, nicht, oder nicht sicher zu gebrauchen. Fernseher 2 im Spielraum war nicht funktionsfähig. Genauso eine Stehlampe im Wohnbereich (die Fassung ist kaputt und hält keine Leuchtmittel). Ansonsten gab es keine erkennbaren Mängel, die nicht ferienhauskonform wären. Leider war die Kontrolle über den Betriebskostenverbrauch nur beim Strom gegeben. Wasseruhr nicht zugänglich bzw. nicht gefundenen. Dennoch waren es insgesamt tolle Tage in diesem Haus.

Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön.wenige kleine Dinge wie der unaufgeräumte Spielplatz, das trockene Laub auf der Terrasse oder die kaputte Glasscheibe vom Kühlschrank gab es zu beanstanden.und den Schalter für die aussenbeleuchtung haben wir vergeblich gesucht.Ansonsten gerne wieder.
