Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, sie ist ausgestattet mit einer Fußbodenheizung, begehbarer Dusche. Ein Schlafzimmer besaß keine Fußboden. Da es in dem Raum nicht möglich war, wie der Vermieter erklärte. Jedoch ist hier eine elektrische Heizung angebracht. In der Wohnung befand sich eine Gästeinformationsmappe, diese ist sehr hilfreich. Man findet hier auch einige Gesellschaftsspiele.Der Vermieter gibt einen Fragebogen aus, wo man auch realisierbare Verbesserungen vorschlagen kann.
