Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this comfortable houseboat, located on the picturesque Mookerplas and surrounded by wooded surroundings. From the terrace, equipped with a swimming ladder, you can take a dip in the clear water of the Mookerplas.

Accommodation
The houseboat offers a cozy and practical layout, perfect for a relaxing stay. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a dining table, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake thanks to the large windows. From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the water. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The Houseboat has the same amenities as a boat, but you are not allowed to sail it and it remains in the same place during your stay.

The open kitchen is compact but fully equipped with a hob, Senseo coffee maker, refrigerator and kettle. The bedrooms are practically furnished: the first room has a double box-spring bed (160x200cm) with separate duvets and pillows, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds (80x200cm). For larger groups, the sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping space.

The modern bathroom has a shower cabin with sliding glass walls, a toilet, sink, hairdryer and electric heating. Additional facilities such as air conditioning and free Wi-Fi make your stay even more comfortable. From April to November, you can use a washing machine and dryer in the adjacent Jachthaven Driesen for a small fee. In addition, there is space next to the houseboat for your own boat of up to 2.5 x 5 meters. You can park your car on a nearby lot, about a five-minute walk away. Luggage carts are available in the marina.

Surroundings
The Mookerplas is a paradise for water lovers and nature lovers. Whether you want to swim, fish (no fishing license required), or sail, you have everything within reach. Rent a luxury sloop, kayak or SUP to make the most of the water and moor at your own houseboat.

For those who prefer to explore the area, there are beautiful hiking trails and the option to rent an E-chopper, including a route with which you can discover the region. The Mookerplas is located in the natural area of ​​the Mookerheide, close to the German border and a short distance from the bustling city of Nijmegen. In addition, there are various restaurants and countless sights to enjoy in the area.
