Der Service ist angenehm, nach Meldung von unangenehmen Dingen (bei uns waren es überfüllte Mülltonnen), wurde sofort gehandelt und das Problem beseitigt. allerdings ist es schade und liegt auch mit in der Verantwortung der Gäste, Mängel direkt zu melden, oder auch etwaige Reparaturen, denn ohne Feedback oder Meldung, kann auch der Service nicht reibungslos funktionieren.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nett und entspricht den Bildern auf der Internetseite. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und gut benutzbar. Die Fußläufigkeit zum Deich/Strand ist mit ca. 1 km doch recht weit aber über einen netten Strandpfad gut erreichbar. Fahrräder sind hier von Vorteil. Die Umgehungsstraße ist leider gut frequentiert, beruhigt sich unter Woche jedoch nachts. Ein Aufenthalt im Garten ist dadurch allerdings nicht ganz so angenehm. Uns hat dies aber nicht sehr gestört da die Terrasse sehr nett und mit Glaswänden etwas dagegen geschützt ist. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Haus Rosengarten gut gefallen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die An- und Abreise wurde uns durch detaillierte Emails extrem leicht gemacht. Vor Ort hatte man einen festen Ansprechpartner. Das Haus selber war das sauberste Ferienhaus in dem wir jemals gewesen sind. Auch die Ausstattung, besonders die der Küche, war Top. Es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar, daher waren wir auch mit der Lage des Objektes sehr zufrieden.
