About this property

Our house is located in a quiet residential area - away from traffic noise and hustle and bustle - and yet only a 10-minute walk from the town center, with a wonderful view of the Ruhpolding mountains.

Our newly renovated apartment for 2-4 people offers you a separate bedroom, living room with satellite TV and LCD TV, kitchen, shower / toilet and south-facing balcony (second bedroom and bathroom are in a separate living unit). Our spacious house offers a game room with table tennis table, table football and an exercise bike.

The sport-loving landlords will be happy to give you tips for your activities, such as: B. Mountain bike, cross-country skiing, ski tours, hiking and excursions (Chiemsee, Königsee, Salzburg ...)

Ski tours in the Chiemgau, Berchtesgaden and Kitzbühel Alps (approx. 1 hour drive) offer a varied program from the first snow to spring, from gentle grassy hills to crisp tours.
Tuesday and Thursday evening is ski touring table in Ruhpolding on the Unternberg.

Tolle, sehr saubere & geräumige FeWo

Eine wirklich sehr schöne, saubere, geräumige und gut gelegene FeWo. Christa & Andi, die Vermieter, sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Balkon herrlicher Blick in die Berge. Der kleine Ort Ruhpolding ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der unmittelbaren Nähe und mit der Chiemgau Karte, welche wir von Andi erhalten haben, konnten wir viele Attraktionen gratis erleben - Highlight: der Unternberg-Sessellift… was für ‚ne Gaudi 😊 Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Aufenthalt

Schöne und komfortable Wohnung, in der wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Ruhige Lage mit genügend Platz für das Auto. Nur wenige Gehminuten von allen Annehmlichkeiten und Wanderwegen entfernt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Familie Weiss sehr genossen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Tolle Wohnung, super Gastgeber!

Über Silvester haben wir zu viert ein paar Tage in Ruhpolding verbracht. Die schöne Ferienwohnung von Christa und Andi war dabei der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet aber dennoch sehr zentral. Von unseren Gastgebern wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben während unseres Aufenthalts viele Tipps und Empfehlungen erhalten, so dass sämtliche Urlaubswünsche der einzelnen Familienmitglieder erfüllt werden konnten. In unserer gemütlichen Unterkunft konnten wir nach Ausflügen prima entspannen. Alle Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Da die Wohnung sehr geräumig ist, gab es auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für jeden. Den Hobbyraum im EG durften wir nutzen, um Tischkicker und Tischtennis zu spielen. Außerdem gab es die Möglichkeit, die Skiausrüstung unserer Tochter in einem separaten Raum aufzubewahren. Schade, dass der Urlaub so schnell zu Ende war. Vielen Dank, liebe Christa und lieber Andi! Es war sehr schön bei euch :)
