We would love to welcome you to our newly renovated holiday rental in Emlichheim (County of Bentheim)!

The holiday rental is located on our former farm and offers plenty of space to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet.
But there’s also plenty of space here for the kids to run around and play.
A trampoline and a ping-pong table are available.
As well as a play tower with a slide, two swings, a sandpit, and sand toys.

The apartment is located near the Dutch border, so the Netherlands is just a short bike ride away (5 km). The surrounding area is perfect for cycling.

Our holiday rental offers:

1 large bedroom with a double bed and a large closet.

A large terrace with patio furniture, a grill, and an awning is also part of the apartment.

Additionally, there are two lounge chairs with a parasol on the lawn in the centre of the courtyard for relaxing and enjoying the sun. There is also a trampoline and a play tower with swings, a slide, and a sandpit.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment!
Pets are not allowed!

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before check-in.

The nearest shopping area is about 4 km away. It’s a quick drive! There are several supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, an ice cream parlour, several bakeries, and many other shops.

There are many recreational activities within a 30 km radius.
Some examples: Zappelarena (arcade) 13 km away. Right next to it is a pony farm (pony rides) with a playground and a café.
There is an indoor swimming pool in the town of Emlichheim.
Wilsum holiday area—quarry lake, about 18 km away.
Slaghagen amusement park in the Netherlands, about 26 km away.
Nordhorn Delfino indoor and recreational swimming pool, about 35 km away.
Adventure playground in Uelsen and a swimming pool, approx. 21 km.

Cost per night for 2 people: 85 euros. 10 euros per person in the second bedroom.
Bed linens and towels included!

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
No check-in on Sundays or holidays!!!!

The keys are in a key safe! The code will be provided in advance.
