This comfortable, restored holiday home, built in 1882, is located in the historic centre of Loquard. It features a sauna cabin and a beach chair in the well-maintained, beautiful garden. Every room is a dream come true! A spacious hallway leads to the two stately living rooms, each with five large windows. The “Upkammer,” the adjoining room to the western living room, has been restored—in keeping with old tradition—as a separate bedroom on the ground floor. The cosy western living room features a beautiful wood-burning stove, a TV with a DVD player, a stereo system, and a reading nook. On the south side of the holiday home are a large bathroom, an additional shower room, the utility room, and the kitchen. The large dining table in the modern kitchen-diner invites you to enjoy meals together, chat, and play games. From here, you can also access the south-facing terrace overlooking the lovingly landscaped, peaceful garden.
On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed if needed. A guest bathroom completes the upper floor.
The terrace is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. There’s also a sauna cabin in the garden. Unwind here after a long walk along the dike. Wi-Fi is available! A parking space is located directly in front of the house.

SPECIAL FEATURES
This holiday home is individually and lovingly, yet functionally, furnished. The books, pictures, and decorations give the impression that you are a guest in a friend’s home that is otherwise normally lived in. This house can accommodate up to 6 people. The quiet location is idyllic.

Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer a more convenient option, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is handled very simply along with the visitor’s tax as part of the final payment.
