Garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3.2 km, bar 3 km, bus stop "Parada Toscamar" 3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 4.4 km, rocky beach "Segundo Muntanyar" 3.5 km.
