Family-friendly holiday home “S’ Embat” in the Parc Mondrago nature reserve, located in a quiet residential community between Santanyi and Cala Figueras.

Our modern holiday villa S’ Embat (“light breeze”) offers you all the amenities for a perfect holiday in a private atmosphere, far from mass tourism. The house has all the necessary rental permits from the Ministry of Tourism and meets all relevant safety standards (including certification for the gas stoves and gas system), and even exceeds the standards required by the Spanish Ministry of Tourism.

Booking Security: We provide you with a rental agreement under German law.
Cancellation: Sorry, as private landlords, we can no longer offer cancellations due to some very bad experiences in the past; therefore, we generally recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

In return, we offer you a perfectly equipped holiday home at excellent rates.
The detached house is located on an 830-square-meter lot in the immediate vicinity of the multi-award-winning Cala Mondrago cove. (It’s about 700 metres from our property to S’Armarador Beach.) It features 135 square metres of living space. In addition, there are covered terraces (40 square metres). We have high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.

Two air-conditioned master bedrooms (each 14 square metres) with a large, new, super-expensive, high-quality king-size double bed in each, and a 20-square-meter bedroom with one king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), also air-conditioned.
The house features 2 large bathrooms (each 8 square metres) with brand-name fixtures (Grohe faucets, rain showers, heated towel racks, soft-close toilets, and a double sink in one bathroom).

The living, dining, and kitchen area features an open, modern design and is also air-conditioned. The seating area includes two sofas that seat 5–6 people, a closed fireplace, and a large 75-inch TV with German channels and a PlayStation 5.

The dining area features a large wooden table that seats 6 people. The kitchen features hygienic granite worktops and modern appliances (a Siemens stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a large refrigerator with 2 BioFresh compartments and 3 freezer drawers—not to mention a Thermomix!).

We have 1 high-quality coffee maker and a separate milk frother.
The amenities include plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery, and dishes.

Of course, we also have smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Outside, you’ll find a variety of seating areas scattered throughout the property, so you’ll always be able to find a spot in the shade or in the sun without having to move tables and chairs around every time. The same goes for the lounge chairs.

The pool measures 10 x 4 m and features a south-facing step area; it is 180 cm deep at its deepest point. The pool can be illuminated after dark. The overflow design has the advantage of eliminating a protruding stone ledge above the water, which would otherwise make it difficult for swimmers to exit the pool. With this pool, you or the children can easily get out of the pool from any spot.

The rooftop terrace is over 100 square metres. From here, you have a beautiful view of the nature reserve and the sea. It is so quiet here, both day and night, that you can hear the sound of the sea.

The separate casita features an outdoor kitchen with a gas stove, sink, and large open grill, which can also be used as a fireplace for cosy evenings.

We also have a Weber gas grill. Additionally, the casita houses an outdoor bathroom and a laundry room, both separate from the BBQ area. Numerous parking spaces, which are always available, are located directly in front of the property.

Accessibility: The house is partially accessible; we have ramps on the property that allow access to the house instead of using stairs. One shower has a folding glass partition, and there is ample space around the toilet. We’re happy to answer any questions.
