Completed in 2023, this semi-detached home offers 85 m² of modern comfort, a private sauna, and a lovingly landscaped garden. You’re just 300 m from the beach, the pier, and the lively boardwalk—ideal for your family holiday in a quiet, central location.<br><br>**Living & Relaxing**<br>The bright living area on the ground floor invites you to relax. A cosy living room set with reclining chairs, games, and books for all ages, as well as a large dining table, make spending time together especially enjoyable. The open kitchen is fully equipped—from a dishwasher to an induction cooktop to a microwave—and offers everything you need for cooking together. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air in the sheltered garden with plenty of privacy.<br><br>**Sleeping**<br>Upstairs, there are two stylishly furnished bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm), the other with two single box-spring beds (90x200 cm each), which can be pushed together if needed. This gives you flexible and restful sleep—whether you’re travelling with family or friends.<br><br>**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**<br>The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower offers you relaxing wellness moments. After an active day of holiday, enjoy the soothing warmth of your own sauna. A separate guest bathroom on the ground floor adds to the comfort.<br><br>**Family-Friendly**<br>A high chair and a travel cot are available for our youngest guests. Starting in summer 2024, a sandpit in the garden will also be waiting for little explorers. And if you’re in the mood for an adventure on the water, feel free to use the SUP board provided. The garden is fully fenced—ideal for children and relaxing outdoors.<br><br>**Bedding & Towels Optional**<br>Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly after booking through the relevant service provider.<br><br>**Services & Extras**<br>You’ll find a washing machine and dryer in a separate storage room inside the house. You can safely store your bicycles or sports equipment in the lockable shed. A parking space with an electric charging station is available right next to the house—powered by the property’s own solar panel system (charging subject to a fee).
