Positiv: zentrumsnahe Lage,grosser Balkon mit Weitblick Liegt im Auge des Betrachters: lieblos zusammen gestückeltes Mobiliar ( Geschirr auch); extrem knarrende rechte Betthälfte;Brausekopf ließ sich nicht an Armatur befestigen; Lampen zum Teil defekt; Jalousien verstaubt; laute Miturlaubende; Außenanlagen wenig einladend( Mülltonnen über Tage umgeleert vor dem Haus stehend; Hausflur roch nach Öl Zusammenfassend: nie wieder ! Unter dem Begriff Königshäuser und den eingestellten Fotos sowie dem Preis haben wir definitiv etwas anderes erwartet.
