About this property

Ferienhaus Marie für 6 Personen + Hund

The Marie holiday home is located in the village of Groothusen. The property is situated on a quiet side street in the village centre. Come on in! The living room is cosy and furnished with a leather sofa set. It’s a wonderful place to relax. The decorative fireplace invites you to enjoy cosy evenings. A flat-screen TV is provided. A bedroom with a double bed is also located on the ground floor. Straight ahead is the rustic kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with: a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Meals can be served at the large dining table. A small hallway leads to the bathroom, which was completely renovated in the spring of 2023 and features, among other things, a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two more large bedrooms, each with two single beds. This is ideal for children. There is also a cot here. Behind the house, you can enjoy the sunshine and the North Sea air on the terrace. Parking is also available! Your dog is welcome! Wi-Fi is available.

SPECIAL FEATURES
The Marie holiday home has a size of 120 square metres. It is located in the village of Groothusen, 8 km from Greetsiel and 2 km from Pewsum. Suitable for families of up to 6 people + a toddler + a dog.

Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We kindly ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer a more convenient option, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.

Das Haus Marie war von der Lage für Ausflüge Super gelegen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren mehr als Großzügig und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns dort ( 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ) sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus und Natürlich die Vermietung am Hafen nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank auch nochmal an Frau Hinderks, die mit ihrer sehr freundlichen Art immer für Rückfragen zur Verfügung stand.
