The modern maisonette apartment “La Maisonette Pilsum” (for 2–3 people) is located in the renovated Gulfhof Pilsum and offers stylish comfort on two levels. Greetsiel is just a few minutes away by bike.

On the lower level, you’ll find a bright living and dining area with a cosy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is furnished with very tasteful pieces. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. From the living area, you can step out onto the enclosed balcony with a view of the greenery—ideal for relaxing and enjoying the North Sea air. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and a storage room on this level.

A staircase leads to the open-concept sleeping area with a double bed and an additional guest bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides space for a third person.

Wi-Fi and a stereo system are available. A parking space and a wallbox (for a fee) are located right next to the house. Bicycles can be stored securely, and e-bikes can be charged.

If you prefer a more convenient option, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
