The Sunseeker is located on a saltwater canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico in the southwest of Cape Coral and offers enough space for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The covered lanai overlooking the large heated pool with spa has a dining table with 6 chairs and a comfortable seating area. There is also a gas grill and a small refrigerator available. The four loungers invite you to seek the sun for a nice tan.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and offers direct access to the pool deck. The adjoining en-suite bathroom with bathtub, large walk-in shower and two sinks leaves nothing to be desired. The two guest rooms are furnished with queen-size beds and there are two guest bathrooms with large showers at your disposal. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs.
