Studio apartment:

• Bathroom: The modern and newly
furnished apartment features a separate toilet with a floor-to-ceiling
large rain shower, a wall-mounted toilet, and a sink with a mirror.
Shower gel and shampoo are provided free of charge. Hand and
bath towels as well as bath mats are always freshly available for you.
• Kitchen:
The small kitchenette features an induction stove,
range hood, sink, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator
, and some pots and dishes. Shopping options are located in
the immediate vicinity (Netto, Edeka, Aldi)—and if you’d rather not cook yourself
, you can also have meals delivered daily (German, Italian,
Indian, Turkish).
• Living Room/Bedroom: The spacious living and
sleeping area features a comfortable 160x200cm double bed. If needed,
a child can sleep in the guest bed. A
(extendable) table with chairs is perfect for meals, reading, or even
working. You can store your personal
belongings in the spacious closet, and an additional chest of drawers is also available. A
large 42-inch TV with satellite connection (Astra+Hotbird) as well as
free Wi-Fi are available for your use during your stay. - Hallway:
In the separate entryway, you can hang your jackets and then
enter the living area through a second door.
• Outdoor area: A
separate path leads directly to the entrance of the guest apartment. On the
spacious lawn, you can relax outside on a lounge chair. There are
also two garden chairs and a table available. A private
terrace has been available since early April 2021.
• Miscellaneous:
You can park your bicycles out of sight directly in front of the entrance
. For a fee, you can also use a washing machine and a
