Newly renovated apartment nestled in the heart of the city's shopping district. Within walking distance are many establishments that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.



The house consists of an entrance hall and a living room with kitchen equipped with very bright windows. On the ground floor there is a full bathroom with washing machine. From the hall a wide staircase leads to the bedroom with a French double bed and private bathroom. More brightness comes from the veluxes located on the roof that can be controlled remotely and are equipped with shutters. You will enjoy sweet dreams accompanied by a beautiful starry sky that will cuddle you in the morning with the sweet lights of dawn.

Wunderschönes Loft in bester Altstadtlage!

Pros: Tolle Wohnung inmitten der Altstadt für unseren 3-tägigen Cagliariaufenthalt. Es fehlte an rein gar nichts. Rita war sehr aufmerksam und hatte selbst Strandausstattung parat sowie Sitzauflage, Kinderbadetuch und vieles mehr für unseren Nachwuchs. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort wünschen können. SEHR zu empfehlen. Einzig die Parkplatzsuche für den Mietwagen gestaltete sich aufgrund der Lage etwas beschwerlich, mit etwas Geduld und ein paar Gehminuten gibt es aber immer eine Lösung!
