If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday spot for the whole family or a group of friends, the "Seegras" holiday rental is the perfect choice. Spanning about 65 square metres, this lovingly furnished ground-floor apartment on our farmstead in quiet Bünsdorf offers space for up to six people. The house is located right on Lake Wittensee; the “WasserSpiel” holiday rental is on the upper floor, which you can book together with this one if needed.

The centrepiece is the large, bright living room with a cosy sofa—there’s plenty of space here to read, chat, play games, and watch TV together. The open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly into the modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to cook together. This way, you can keep chatting with each other even while chopping, cooking, and enjoying breakfast together.

Three separate bedrooms ensure restful nights: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a bunk bed. All rooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds and insect screens—ideal for late sleepers, small children, and anyone who likes to sleep with the window open but without mosquitoes. The modern shower room with an exterior window adds to the apartment’s comfort.

A real highlight is the huge terrace, which you can access directly from the living room. Furnished with modern patio furniture and lounge chairs, it’s like a second outdoor living room: perfect for enjoying all your meals outside, soaking up the sun, or winding down the day in peace.

On warm, sunny days, you’re just a few steps away from Lake Wittensee with its beautiful swimming beach—ideal for swimming, splashing around, stand-up paddleboarding, or simply dipping your feet in the water. And when the weather takes on a typically Nordic turn, our play barn with an indoor play area in the courtyard is sure to bring a sparkle to everyone’s eyes: a trampoline, foosball table, climbing wall, and much more invite children—and adults, too—to run around and play.
