Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Originally built in 1950, this home has that special touch to make you feel relaxed and cozy. The large 8,850 sqft lot will give you plenty of space to unwind while staying cool under the Arizona sun. Use the outdoor dining area for an afternoon snack or snuggle up next to a wood fire in the cool winter evenings. Whatever you choose to do, this place is the perfect hideaway in the heart of Yuma. Considering the age of the property, all upgrades have been completed with safety in mind. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a daybed that can transform into a king bed in the second bedroom, and a compact twin size bed available for an extra guest. The laundry room has a small doggie door for your pet's needs. The build of this home requires a two-step entrance and may not be suitable for those with extreme mobility complications. Both the interior and exterior of the home have a level surface. Gravel landscaping covers the front of the property while the majority of the back patio is covered in pavement or concrete. The outdoor area is divided down the middle by a wooden fence to secure pets on either the back or front portion of the property. The entire lot is also very safe and secure for pets to explore. A small portion of the property has been sectioned off due to projected renovations. You will find the remainder of the living space quite comfortable and serene. There is plenty of space for outdoor activities with family and pets.
