With 125 square metres of living space, the house is ideal for 2–7 people (including a toddler) and is perfect for either large families or two families of friends. The living room features a very cosy genuine leather sofa area. A flat-screen TV and a fireplace ensure a lovely way to end a day at the Baltic Sea with your travelling family and friends. Here you can relax, sit back, and enjoy the evening atmosphere.

The new island harbour in Prerow is scheduled to open at the start of the 2024 season. The 720-meter-long bridge will be the longest pier in the Baltic Sea region. Among other things, the new harbour will feature a berth for a 28-meter-long sea rescue cruiser operated by the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS), eight berths for local fishermen, and 33 berths for recreational boats seeking shelter. The future harbour building will also feature a rooftop terrace offering a panoramic view of Prerow Bay and the island harbour.

With the construction of the island harbour in Prerow, a ferry connection to the Danish island of Møn (Denmark), Rügen, Usedom, and Hiddensee.



Holiday home:

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, 1 open kitchen, and a garden area. A swing set and slide are available for the children. There is a lockable bike storage room with electrical sockets for e-bikes.
The house is located right next to the forest (National Park) in an absolutely quiet area.
