It particularly stands out for its approximately 18-square-meter covered terrace, which invites you to enjoy the magnificent ocean view in every season. Relax in the cosy lounge chairs and watch the small boats and large ships on the waters of Lübeck Bay: that’s a holiday at its best! The terrace’s southeast orientation offers “early birds” the chance to admire magnificent sunrises over Neustadt Bay, while “late risers” can enjoy breakfast sheltered from the wind in the sunlight. You can then enjoy the day’s last rays of sunshine on the lawn in front of the apartment until late afternoon. <br><br>The apartment is located right next to the beach—no need to cross any streets—so you’re just a few metres from that “feet-in-the-sand” feeling right from your front door. And if the weather isn’t quite right for sunbathing or swimming in the sea, the long natural beach with the cliffs above it stretching towards Neustadt, or the kilometer-long coastline via Haffkrug, Scharbeutz, and Timmendorfer Strand all the way to Niendorf, invite you to take varied walks. <br><br>The first bedroom, which features a large closet, has a comfortable double bed (140 cm x 190 cm); the second bedroom has a single bed (90 cm x 195 cm).<br>The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower with a floor-level entry and a towel warmer. There you’ll find the major supermarket chains. <br>Neustadt itself also offers a very tranquil harbour with a variety of other shopping options and several inviting restaurants. <br><br>The apartment is non-smoking. Out of consideration for the neighbors, smoking is permitted only on the terrace; an ashtray is provided there. Pets are not allowed.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.<br><br>Last but not least—and impossible to miss upon arrival—is Hansa Park! Roller coasters and many other attractions are just a 200-meter walk away. The grounds of the Panoramic holiday resort, located above, are the same distance away.
