Unwind in Baton Rouge at this charming apartment. With four bedrooms featuring three queen beds, one full bed, and a crib, it comfortably welcomes guests of all ages. Two bathrooms offer both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a night out, this nice apartment has what you need. You can easily walk to Tiger Stadium for a game or concert. Our free gated parking ensures you don’t have to fight the traffic on game day. If you are heading to the River Center for an event, we are just 1.5 miles from downtown.
PLEASE NOTE: This property is currently under renovation to be completed in August. The photos are of other townhomes on our property and will be very similar to this property but not exact. I will update the photos as soon as the property is ready. This property does not have stairs as seen in some of the townhome photos. This property has larger bathrooms than what is seen in the townhome photos.
