Holiday Home "Albalat Tarongers" with Private Terrace, Balcony & Wi-Fi
Terraced house in the Sierra Calderona, just 300 meters from the center, bars, and grocery store. Easy street parking in a quiet, safe area. The village is charming and welcoming. Only 10 minutes from Sagunto and Puerto de Sagunto, 15 minutes from Canet de Berenguer beach, and 20 minutes from Valencia. Excellent access via highways A23-A7-E90.
The house features an interior patio where you can store bicycles. There are 3 bedrooms plus an attic with a double bed and a sun terrace overlooking the Sierra Calderona. Two bathrooms (one en-suite with whirlpool tub, another in the bedroom area), plus a guest toilet in the living room. Full set of linens included: sheets, blankets, duvets, and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. Amenities include TV, entertainment channels, Wi-Fi, laptop, and CD radio. The nearest supermarket is 2.3 km away. Private covered parking in the building for one car or up to four motorcycles, with direct access to the house, available for an extra fee. Municipal swimming pool 500 meters away (open only in summer).
