A warm welcome to the charming ParkVilla Chloe on Elisenstraße in Binz.

You’ll find this to be a pleasantly peaceful apartment in a quiet setting, as Elisenstraße ends in a cul-de-sac just a few metres down the street. The sea and sophisticated seaside architecture. We named it this way because, just as the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is called the “Pearl of the Coast,” this apartment is a little pearl to us. Here, you’re right in the heart of things yet close to the sea at the same time. Ideal for a quick getaway or a longer stay.


The location is outstanding—right next to the spa gardens—and the beach is just 300 metres away, a mere 2-minute walk! Binz’s shopping and dining district, with its numerous restaurants and shops, is just a few metres away—practically around the corner—and leads you straight to the pier and the adjacent beach promenade. Everything is easily accessible on foot.


The charming Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor. It has been lovingly furnished and equipped to offer the highest possible level of comfort. Because downtime is important.



It features a bedroom with a cosy double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with access to the terrace, a flat-screen TV, a large closet, and a desk. There is also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet.
 
The bright living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a couch, and two armchairs, as well as a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to this is the integrated dining area, consisting of a comfortable high table with cosy chairs. The table can be folded out as needed—in case you ever need a little more space. 


Directly across from it is the integrated kitchen—small but well-appointed, with everything you could want and all the necessary appliances. From the dishwasher to the ceramic cooktop, a combination oven and microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and much more. - The small kitchen island is perfect as a coffee bar or even a workspace. High-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, available and free of charge.


Another gem is the terrace, which is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. In addition to matching patio furniture (table, 2 chairs with a separate footstool), a beach chair is available on the terrace from June through October. Ideal for sunbathing or simply relaxing. From the terrace, you can enjoy the wonderful view of Alleenstraße and the spa gardens. 



Directly across from the underground car park entrance are additional common areas—including a bike storage room for your bicycles.


An assigned parking space in the underground garage can be rented along with the apartment—fee: 8.50 euros/day.
