This cosy, well-furnished holiday rental with a large covered loggia (facing southwest) is located on the ground floor of a single-family home in a very quiet area. It consists of three rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with a toilet.
A radio, DVD player, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes rack, and various games and books are provided.
Opportunities for tennis, hiking, biking, swimming, and much more. A swimming lake is 2 km away.

Parking in front of the house.

The holiday rental is a non-smoking unit and is laid out as follows:
Small entryway with coat rack.
Bedroom (east-facing, double bed), shower room/toilet (hair dryer and large skylight).
The living room leads into the dining room (both rooms open onto the southwest-facing loggia), and the dining room features a lounge chair.
The dining room leads directly to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle,
hand mixer, egg cooker, etc.

Parking is available directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable garage.
A TV and DVD player, radio, telephone, books, games, and patio furniture for the loggia are provided.
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking apartment.
