Our small, bright, and welcoming non-smoking holiday rental is located in a residential area on a cul-de-sac and is ideal for a short getaway for two people. Located on the ground floor, the studio apartment has a separate entrance and is almost fully accessible. There is only one small step at the front door or the patio door. The bright and welcoming living/sleeping area is decorated to reflect its proximity to the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. From here, you can step out onto the small terrace through a patio door; the terrace is furnished with garden furniture and is part of the holiday rental. You’re welcome to use the garden with its lawn for sunbathing. The fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom are separate rooms. The kitchen is a walk-through room. There is a parking space for one car directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the carport. To reach the Schlei beach, you’ll walk about 800 metres through a forest (nature reserve). Benches at scenic viewpoints invite you to take a break along the way. The swimming area at the harbour is 750 metres away, and the golf course in Güby is 1.8 kilometres away.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower featuring grab bars. Grab bars are also located next to the toilet and the sink. A washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer are available. The beds are made upon arrival. Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and final cleaning are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual appliances, as well as an oven, microwave, and freezer. The TV is mounted on the wall so you can watch it comfortably from your bed. You can connect to the internet for free via Wi-Fi using your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
