Unsere 60 Quadratmeter Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist über 2 Stufen direkt von den zwei Parkplätzen vor dem Haus erreichbar. Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet, um eine allergiker freundliche Umgebung zu gewährleisten. Melsbach ist ein ruhiges Dorf mit ca 2.011 Einwohnern und liegt am Rande des Westerwaldes und des Neuwieder Beckens.
Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Wiedtal, den Westerwald und nach Koblenz. Wanderbegeisterte kommen hier ebenfalls voll auf ihre Kosten.
