Peaceful cottage overlooking the Rade de Brest, Crozon peninsula Brittany
La Parenthèse is a rebuilt annex attached to Belle-Vue, one of Roscanvel's oldest houses, which we bought as a ruin in 2018 and restored using timber-frame construction and bio-based materials. It sleeps up to six (4 adults + 2 children) across three bedrooms, with a walled garden and terrace looking out over the Rade de Brest — no neighbours in sight. Roscanvel is quiet by nature, and the cottage sits within walking distance of the coastal paths, beaches, and coves of the Crozon peninsula — kayaking, swimming, or simply walking the headland are all on the doorstep.
We live next door and meet every guest in person to help make the most of the stay.
